Preorder Fulfillment

All orders from God and Science® are fulfilled as preorders. This means your item is produced and prepared specifically for you after your order is placed.

Estimated Fulfillment Timeframes

• Domestic Orders (United States): 14-21 business days from the date of purchase
• International Orders: 14-21 business days from the date of purchase

Please note that business days exclude weekends and federal holidays. Fulfillment times reflect production and processing — shipping transit time is additional.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.

If a package is shown as delivered via the carrier but has been stolen from your residence, you must file a claim with your local post office or shipping vendor. We are not responsible for replacing stolen orders.

Delays

While we do our best to meet all estimated timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to high demand, customs processing (for international orders), or carrier disruptions. We'll notify you promptly if your order is affected.

International Orders & Customs

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority.
