14-Day Returns —
We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we make it easy to return.
Eligibility
Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition as well as packaging with all tags attached.
How to Start a Return (Self-Serve)
- Visit our Returns Portal or click "Start a Return" in your order confirmation email.
- Enter your order number and email address.
- Select the item(s) you'd like to return and choose your reason.
- Print your prepaid return shipping label and follow the instructions provided.
- Drop off your package at the designated carrier location within 5 days of initiating the return.
Refunds
Once your return is accepted, your store credit will be processed within 7-10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your store credit is issued (excluding shipping charges). There will be no refund to your original payment method. All applicable promotions, offers, discounts, and coupons applied at the time of purchase will be prorated and deducted from the amount of credits. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at gns.n.team@gmail.com with order and return details.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? Select "Exchange" in the Returns Portal and we'll work to fulfill your request if exchanged items are in stock and we accept the return. The customer is responsible for related shipping costs. Please note that exchanged items may be out of stock by the time of your request so extensive fulfillment delays may be experienced. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Non-Return/Non-Exchange Items
- Final sale or clearance items
- Undergarments and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and Issues —
Every item and order is handled with care to ensure a pleasant customer experience. However, please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
